The ILT Programme targets fresh school leavers or entry-level trainees, while the MidCareer Advance Programme is designed for adult learners with prior work experience seeking reskilling or upskilling.

Priority is given to unemployed individuals. However, professionals seeking structured career transition or upskilling may also apply depending on sponsor criteria.

The allowance range will commensurate with the trainee’s relevant qualifications and work experience, and, also dependent on the job scope and responsibilities.

The full programme runs for up to 3 years, which includes multiple On-the-Job Training (OJT) modules across food services, business, and entrepreneurship.

While employment is not guaranteed, most trainees are absorbed by the sponsoring company or gain favourable prospects in the industry due to their experience.

Applications are open on a rolling basis depending on sponsor demand. Early application is encouraged due to limited placements.
