USM Professional Certification Modules
The USM Professional Certification Modules are delivered in collaboration with Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) as part of the Level 4 Professional Graduate Qualification.
Students can specialise in one of four key areas:
- Food & Beverage
- Retail
- Business Management
- Human Capital Management
These modules are designed to complement the hands-on training at Cornell Leadership Academy by providing academic depth, industry relevance, and recognised credentials.
Upon completion, students receive a co-branded certificate jointly awarded by USM and Cornell Leadership Academy, enhancing both employability and career progression.
Other Training Programmes
Cornell Leadership Academy also organises short-term and customised training programmes based on industry needs and partner requests. These may include:
- Upskilling workshops
- ESG and sustainability training
- Digital tools for service industries
- Refresher modules for working professionals
