Cornell Leadership Academy was established to provide structured, industry-aligned training that bridges the gap between academic qualifications and workforce demands. Our signature three-year Industry-Led Training (ILT) Programme equips trainees with:

Every trainee receives full sponsorship—including a monthly allowance, accommodation, and a professional certification jointly awarded with Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), our academic partner.
